I love being a host, taking care of guests needs, and always trying to be on top of everything and anything a guest would like - as I would want them to take care of me. The Bellair area is minutes to the beaches, fun shops and restaurants and accessible to all the the Tampa Bay area has to offer which is so much.
Why they chose this property
The character of Bellair is quality, old Florida with the modernization that provides plenty of options without every feeling like cookie-cutter commerce. There is less traffic, beautiful walking areas and easier access to the best beach in the Tampa Bay area, - not-so-crowded Indian Rocks Beach.
What makes this property unique
The layout of the property makes it feel very spacious. Most everything in this home is quality, and comfotable. The swimming pool is beautiful and I love that is caged and sunny.
