THE SPACE
Welcome to Mountain Air Paradise.
• This cabin is located less than 10 minutes from Dollywood and 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge! It doesn't get better than that. You will be away from traffic yet only minutes away from all the famous attractions in the area.
• Located in the brand new Timeless Resort in the heart of Sevierville, this home is built with custom, modern and quality materials. There is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out yet come together to share precious times with each other.
• This custom-built home was just completed in October of 2022 so will enjoy the latest furnishings in the area


• Outdoors
The cabin has a spacious deck with a clear view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. It is fitted with rocking chairs so you can relax as you watch the sun come up over the Smoky Mountains.

• Main Level
The main level is fitted with a fully loaded kitchen, laundry room, bedroom (King Bed) and a full bathroom

• Living Room
The living room has a 50-inch smart HD TV and a fire place

• Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped to prepare your favorite meals. This includes pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, blender, crock-pot, coffee makers, to name a few.

• Upper Level
The upper level features a loft and the master bedroom.

• Loft Area
The loft is a game area with a Pac-Man arcade game, an Air Hockey table and a set of bunk beds
This is the perfect area for kids!!
The bunk bed is a Twin-over-Twin

• Upper Level Bedroom
The upper level bedroom has a King-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

• Lower Level
Downstairs you will find another bedroom, a full bathroom and a movie theater
The Movie Theater is perfect for you to get together with your friends and family to watch your favorite movie or show.

• Entertainment
We have smart TVs which have streaming capability.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV.
Even though the TVs have streaming capability we have provided Roku streaming. Roku features guest-mode functionality - it will automatically log you off after your stay.
In order to stream your favorite shows please BYO username and password.

• Wi-Fi:
We have provided fast Wi-Fi with a strong signal throughout the entire cabin



• GUEST ACCESS
• The cabin is perfectly located with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park.
• The road up to the cabin is fully paved - you should not have any issues getting here even with small vehicles. You will not need to navigate any curvy mountain roads.
• There is ample parking for 3 vehicles. The driveway is paved with asphalt.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• With the cabin being close to the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.

• Since there are woods close to the cabin, you will see bugs and bees. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.

• You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.

• Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the provided trash dumpster in the resort development
