DETAILS: Welcome to Hastings! This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beachfront townhome is part of the Inlet Beach community—a quiet, uncrowded neighborhood known for preserving the area's natural splendor. With beach access right off the back deck, guests will love the immaculate white sand beaches and unique coastal dunes. This stunning 2-story townhome is perfect for a small group of friends or family and sleeps 6.

This charming retreat welcomes guests on the first floor with an open layout and large picture windows to frame the beautiful Gulf views. The living, dining, and kitchen areas blend together to create the ideal space for entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen features a pristine white tile backsplash and kitchen island with a 4-burner electric range oven and built-in microwave. The adjacent dining area has a quaint 6-seat dining table with 2 chairs and 2 benches—there are 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. For added convenience, there is a half-bath on this floor with a full-sized washer and dryer in the closet. The living area, with an oversized sofa and 2 armchairs, leads to a large deck overlooking the incredible Gulf waters. Beneath the deck is a wooden porch swing for admiring the views in the shade, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Friends and family can relax inside while watching TV or from the private deck while listening to the waves crash.

After a long day at the beach, guests can retire in comfort to the second-floor bedrooms. There are 2 guest bedrooms—1 primary bedroom with direct access to a rear Gulf-side balcony and 1 bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds and access to a front balcony. Both are perfect for watching magnificent sunrises and sunsets!

This townhome offers on-site parking for 2 vehicles, making it easy to explore nearby Rosemary Beach—and with 2 adult bikes, guests can enjoy the miles and miles of paths along Scenic 30A. The view, as soon as we opened the door, was stunning. The place was clean, stylish, up to date, and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Ideally located. You walk out right onto the beach in seconds. Just fabulous. We visited Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Destin. And we really enjoyed the stretch of beach We were on. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets. Great views from both floors. Corner unit even more of a view.
