Banana Azul Beach Club with its famed restaurant, gourmet market, coffee spot, hair salon and other amenities is a short ten minute walk from the house. In both cases, shoes are optional! The home itself is a brand new 2022 build and has plenty of space to relax in a spacious living area with kitchen, living room and dining in one large space with towering 20 foot, 6 meter ceilings adorned with locally hand-made pendant lights throughout. The home has a laundry room with private washer and dryer for your use. The Air Conditioned master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with luxury linens, fans and large windows that can be opened for a gentle afternoon breeze. The track trifold doors fully open onto a private patio for this Master bedroom suite. The master ensuite bathroom with double sinks has a ceiling fan and decorative window screen to the outdoors that maintains privacy and allows the outdoor air to circulate.
