Joanne was a great host!! The property offers everything you need , hot tubs, pools, lazy rivers, great beach front with soft sand, tiki bar, and on site food! The Conso was clean. spacious, and well decorated! We cant wait to come back to and visit Joannes beach condo!

The condo and the resort was incredible, convenient to everything, all the pools, the tiki bar, the DJ, the chef on the grill (the food was delicious) and the view from the room was priceless.

Great place for a short stay

The unit was incredibly clean and well-appointed with quality furnishings. The property is off the main road but very close to all the places you may need to go. The only complaint which kept it from getting 5 stars was the near constant smell of weed when on the balcony... even though all the balconies are posted with no smoking signs.

Cute, cozy and clean!

Loved everything about this condo! It was perfect for us! The bed is super comfortable. It was a nice touch to have soaps, shampoo, coffee, trash bags provided. Also nice is the ice machine right outside the door. Elevators are very close too. I highly recommend this condo for couples.

Cute getaway!

This was a great place for my husband I for a 5 day getaway! The condo is right on the beach overlooking the pool! Lots of good energy in the resort, definitely a family resort! Mary was an absolute great host! She was easy to text with and communicate with. The resort is in a great location, close to great restaurants and just a stones throw from the tanger outlets! It’s also just across the street from great golf courses! We would definitely rent it again!

Awesome views!!

This unit was located on the 15th floor and had a pretty amazing view of the ocean! The room was very clean and decorated very nicely!! Plenty of room and space for my family. My kids couldn’t stop complimenting on how much they loved this unit. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend this unit everyone!! Communication with the host was unbelievably easy! Very prompt with answers to any questions we had. Thank you again for the amazing experience!!

The Perfect Get Away

We totally enjoyed our 5 night stay in unit 707. Next time we will plan to stay longer. Although we didn't do any cooking, everything was there we would have needed foe quick simple meals. Everything was clean. Linens were fresh and there were enough for our stay. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony. Mary Joann is an excellent host. She checked in with us, and answered all our questions. Sea Watch is at a great location on the beach. The pool area is pleasant during the day and beautifully lit up at night. We loved the American flags at the stairs going to the beach.

VRBO Seawatch Stay

Excellent accommodations. However, it would be nice to have more than 4 towels and washcloths for a week's stay. Also, trash bags are so cheap they come apart every time you pull them out of can. thankfully I brought my own bags. Also, the hand soap and dish soap were barely full. They didn't replace they left what was available from the last stay without back up bottles. I had to go and buy in order to have for the whole week. I would be interested in staying again but it would be much nicer if the bedroom wasn't the first room you enter especially when you come back from the beach. You also get ALL of the outside noise when sleeping.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the perfect relaxing getaway. It was beautiful with amazing views!! The condo was very clean and well maintained and exactly as described and pictured. Check-in was very smooth and very convenient and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed during our stay. Mary was a phenomenal host. Communication was excellent and she was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!!!

Great place for a quick stop

This was a last minute add on to our vacation. I was glad to find a nice place with a great location less than 2 weeks before Memorial Day. Worked perfectly for us. The breakfast place next door was a nice and reasonably priced place to eat also.
