I wish I’d known
If you’re not going to use the space much, this place is fine. Clean. Good WiFi. Comfortable. But you’d better hope upstairs guests are quiet or you’ll hear every word they say. And vice versa.

Perfect!
We were visiting our daughters on campus. This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured and very clean!! Plus it had nice touches; shampoo, conditioner, coffee, salt, pepper, a good mattress, and good pillows! Everything you need. I’ll for sure be back again.

Comfy and easy
My stay at Rick's was a wonderful experience. Everything was as described in the listing, communication was great, AND the bed was comfortable!! I enjoyed the walk to downtown and was happy to be in a quiet place to rest in the evening. I recommend and would stay again!

great location
This very small apartment is within easy walking distance to downtown Iowa City and northside restaurants. I appreciated the dedicated parking and quiet neighborhood. The only drawback for people like me (70 and with joint problems) was that I had to purchase a mat for the tub/shower because it was so slippery and I could not sit at the table because the chairs were too high and flimsy. There was no way to control the temperature, and I was cold most of the time. The weather was beautiful and it would have been nice to be able to open windows, but the air conditioning was on all the time. But there are extra blankets.
