The suite is bathed in natural light and includes a kitchenette and spa-like bathroom. Just outside your private entrance is Seacliff Beach and Park with a splash pad and playground, Pelee Island Ferry, Leamington Marina, shopping, and restaurants. Only a few minute's drive to Point Pelee National Park and 12 wineries.

Great location

Great location, easy walk to beach and park. Everything seems new and super clean and enjoyed waking up to the tree view through the large picture windows. The kitchen is nice and we’ll stocked, but if you’re planning meals keep in mind there’s no stove or BBQ.

Just what I needed

I loved the place, and the location is perfect — bonus, just a short walk to the beach/park. The place is great, very clean, comfortable bed, and has everything you could need, including your own kitchen and private entrance. I love the big windows — brings in so much light, along with a great view of the lake through the trees. Check in was easy, and it was easy to communicate with the owners. Would definitely recommend, and definitely return.

Property has very limited storage facility. Location is good however due to some bans in effect, one couldn't enjoy the full benefits. Also after booking the stay, Expedia & owners threw curve balls by forcing to extend the stay otherwise loose the booking, which was a very unprofessional behavior that one should be warned to not get scammed.

James and Cindy are lifetime area residents. James is a musician and former teacher and enjoys a good round of "disc" in the park or a tennis match at the local courts. Cindy is a former DSW and regularly takes advantage of the long beach walk available just outside the door. We love to travel and look for good value on our trips.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy this location due to the beautiful walking opportunities and the activity of a very popular beach and park right beside us. Our area has long been a desired neighborhood in the Leamington area.

What makes this property unique

We are surrounded by natural beauty and a lake view, while also being in town near all convenient amenities (and you can't tell you're near town). The park and beach beside us are the best the area has to offer, including free concerts right outside our door. We are very close to Point Pelee National Park and the wineries.
