The infinity pool overlooks the shimmering sea, where vivid shades of blue stretch to the horizon. On clear days, the islands of Montserrat, Redonda, St. Kitts, and Nevis are visible in the distance. The villa features two primary suites, each with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Both suites are bright and elegantly designed, with calming interiors and uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding hills. Floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors allow you to wake up to fresh sea air and panoramic scenery.

Every detail throughout the villa has been carefully considered to ensure comfort and flow. The open-concept living space extends seamlessly onto a shaded terrace, creating a relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A fully equipped kitchen caters to those who enjoy cooking, while the lounge features a 50” plasma TV with Apple TV and Bose speakers for entertainment or music.

Several beautiful beaches are easily accessible from the villa. Hermitage Bay is just a 10-minute walk away, while Pearns Point—visible from the property—is about a 15-minute walk and offers quiet, scenic beaches. Within a 10–15 minute drive, you can explore other stunning beaches including Jolly, Valley Church, Fryes, Darkwood, Keyonna, and Turners—each offering its own unique charm.

Fast, reliable WiFi with uninterrupted service, supported by an on-site tower. The router and TV are connected to a UPS, so you won’t experience disruptions during power outages.

A local cell phone is available for guest use.

A reverse osmosis filtration system with a dedicated tap provides fresh, clean drinking water at all times.

Remote-operated bug screens are installed in all rooms with large folding doors.

We loved the villa! The view is unreal. The modern home is pristine. Lovely outdoor setting with beautiful landscaping and lighting. There is plenty of space to relax indoors or outdoors. Clean comfy furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen. High quality bedding and fluffy towels. Plenty of beach accessories. We spent a lot of time watching the sunrise and sunset from the infinity pool. Felt truly spoiled. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Their recommendations in their welcome booklet were spot on. Highly recommended - one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Rent a car and have a great time at this wonderful home.

The photos do not do this property justice. The view is incredible, evolving throughout the day and culminating with evening sunsets that take your breath away. The location was ideal…close enough to many of the restaurants and beaches you want to visit, but remote enough to be quiet and feel disconnected from the more touristy parts of the island. This is without a doubt the most well appointed rental home our group has stayed in. The owners put thought into every detail, and they furnish/stock the home in such a way that all you need to do is show up, relax and enjoy your vacation. We couldn’t find a single amenity or creature comfort that this home lacked.The owners are responsive and accommodating, and our welcome/check-in was handled perfectly.The only recommendation we would make is that anyone choosing to stay at the property be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The roads on the island are a work in progress, and having a vehicle capable of handling these roads comes in handy when accessing the property.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the villa itself is very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island.Susan and Kevin are exceptional hosts. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and approachable, and truly top-tier in every category. They went above and beyond by helping us make restaurant reservations, providing a local cell phone for easy calls, and offering a pass that allowed convenient access through Jolly Harbour, which significantly reduced driving time.Their deep knowledge of the area and thoughtful extra touches made our trip smooth and stress-free. Stunning west coast stay

Amazing views from this property! Set between Jolly Harbour and Hermitage Bay resort it’s close enough to restaurants and beaches but quiet and relaxed. A rental car is a must given the location but it’s a quick drive to most things, particularly Jolly Harbour. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and first class hosts. We stayed for two weeks and it flew by. Would definitely come back.

Stop looking and book this villa! The property was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking! Pictures cannot capture how amazing it is. Amazed is "amazing" Perfect Getaway

The views and house was so amazing we had a hard time leaving to go do anything. You have a perfect view of sunset every night. You are also within a half mile of a very secluded beach with the most clear water that we had to ourselves most days. Kevin answered all our questions and also helped me with dining and activities while we were staying there. I hope to be able to return to amazed some day.

What an incredible family vacation! Kevin and Susan are fantastic hosts from start to finish. From the villa’s welcome book to personally welcoming us and sending us off, we couldn’t ask for better hosts. The Villa is breathtaking- it is Amazing, as the name states. The view is gorgeous and every detail was thought of. We rented a car, so trips to Jolly Harbor and to the beach were very easy. We will be back!

We were amazed by Amazed!

Upon arrival, Kevin welcomed us after a long day of travel. He filled us in on everything we needed to know and left no questions unanswered. The Villa was everything we expected and more. **Incredible Villa with Breathtaking Views**

Villa Amazed is Amazing! It offers stunning panoramic views of the sea, beach, and mountains. The pictures just don't it justice. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was carefully considered. The villa is close to Jolly Harbour and is ideally located, with easy access to the restaurants and shops in the harbour. There is a beautiful beach a short walk away and plenty more within a short drive. The hosts and owners were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved a minor AC issue. A great choice for a relaxing vacation! However, it's worth noting that the road leading to the villa is somewhat uneven, so an SUV is a good choice!

Amazed was perfect. We had everything we needed. It was clean and the views from the pool are postcard perfect! I enjoyed many evenings by the pool with a glass of wine; our Hostess, Keeflin, made sure we knew everything we needed to know upon arrival. We missed a turn coming in and she helped us get to the Villa. The Villa is stocked with everything you need. After a long day of travel the Rum Punch and fresh fruit awaiting us hit the spot! Had a wonderful week stay in early May at Amazed. From start to finish our stay was seamless. Communication with Susan and Kevin was easy, prompt and helpful. Words cannot describe the villa itself. The view is almost surreal. Everything and anything has been thought of for your convenience and comfort during your stay. The location was perfect to many beautiful beaches and sights. A short drive to town brought you to the supermarket and many different restaurants. If Antigua is on your list then you have found your place to stay...no need to look any further.

Overwhelming! Walking into the main living area, as Kevin opens the glass doors that expose the pool, deck and million view of Jolly Harbor. Amazed is right. Yet, the full kitchen is not fully functional. The fridge is DOA, but there is 2nd refrigerator in the pantry. One stove burner wouldn’t light and to use the oven, read the instructions. Yet, everything you need to prepare meals is there if you eat in. Skip bottled water, the villa has a system.The deck is huge; the pool’s not. But with its infinity edge, flower hedge, and view, we found it just fine. The deck has many comfortable seating options. The one drawback is the sun’s heat makes the pool necessary after 3. One bedroom has an en suite bath and the other opens to the living space. Hot water is plentiful with great pressure. Each bedroom has sliding doors too with bug screens for an open-air experience. Now, the differences: our room had a true king-sized bed that was quite comfortable. The master is a different experience. Their bed was twins pushed together cruise ship style. It was not stable and a mid-mattress chasm opened nightly. Annoying, but worse the beds were too low and difficult to exit. My final comment was not unanimous. The Villa’s book of information about restaurants, shops, beaches, and the house - also contains 50 rather draconian rules. Some thought necessary for people

Amazing!

Our stay at Amazed was, well, Amazing! :-) Kevin and Susan’s home is gorgeous, extremely clean, stocked with everything one could want and more. Each day we took in the spectacular views of Jolly Harbour and surroundings from the hillside home, while enjoying the beautiful private pool. We felt like royalty just being there. We had the great pleasure of meeting our hosts, Susan and Kevin, and upon our arrival, they had a lovely welcome basket and refreshments for us. Our hosts were so lovely, kind, responsive and helpful for local insight and navigating the area for day trips and activities. We loved our stay and certainly look forward to a return trip! Paradise in Antiqua

We stayed at this residence in March 2023 and can not say enough positive things about the house or our hosts. The entire back of the house opens to an infinity pool with a panoramic view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The house was incredibly clean, modern, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great—in close proximity to many beaches and restaurants in the Jolly Beach area. Our hosts were delightful, they met us at the property to explain all nuances. They greeted us with wet towels for our faces and a basket of goodies after our long travel day. They also put a brochure together of everything we needed to know about the house and the island. This property was an incredible find and I would strongly recommend it. Paradise in Antigua.

Outstanding. Excellently equipped and spotless. Private and luxurious. Hostess, Susan, met us on arrival, was on hand throughout our stay and was enormously helpful. The views (oh the views!) from this 5-star property were wonderful. Directions were good but could have been improved by better signage on the final approach to the villa. However, Susan has this in hand. Transport essential but we did not bother with hiring a car and took taxis everywhere. (Ask Susan for Troy, our brilliant taxi driver) This villa is strongly recommended.

Awesome Place to Stay

It was amazing how clean this house was. We have stayed at the numerous VRBOS for vacation. The amount of detail that the homeowners provided was spectacular. So much attention to detail and all amenities. The view of Jolly Harbor and the sunsets were spectacular! We totally loved the open space from the living area to the outdoor area. The pool may look small but it was the perfect size for four adults to hang out all day long. We went to six different beaches but my favorite place was being in the pool. One more thing that totally amazed me was they take care of the bugs and mosquitoes. At their location you will never be there and no bugs will come into your house even with the doors open. Kevin and Susan, you did a fabulous job, thank you so much, great value, great place to stay.

Amazing stay at Amazed!

We had the best stay at Amazed! Such a beautiful place with gorgeous panoramic views. Hard to believe but it’s even more stunning in person than the photos! Very thankful to our hosts Susan and Kevin who made sure everything was well taken care of and provided everything you could need. They were there to greet us when we arrived and see us off when we left. They are so helpful and always quick to respond. The villa is a short drive to many restaurants and beautiful beaches which makes it very convenient. It was nice to have things like beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for our beach days. The infinity pool and huge deck was perfect for days we wanted to stay home and relax. It's a nice and quiet location with gates, which made us feel comfortable and safe. The villa is very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The views, day or night and especially at sunset are stunning, like looking at a painting! We can't say enough good things about this place and our hosts. Thanks so much Susan and Kevin for making our first visit to Antigua a really great one. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

WOW. Our stay at AMAZED VILLA was.......Amazing!!

We just returned from an unbelievable week (27 Jan 2024 - 3 Feb 2024) at the Amazed Villa in Antigua. We would like to thank both Kevin and Susan for their attention to detail on building such a magnificent property and making it available for us to enjoy it. There is not one thing that could be improved on as it was simply perfect. We shared the villa with another couple who we have traveled away with several times and we both agreed that this was by far the best vacation we have had. The amenities in the villa are perfect. The location and the views are breath taking. There were 2 days were we woke up and didn't even leave the property as we had everything we needed right in front of us. We rented an SUV for the week and explored several of wonderful beaches and diner locations that Susan had recommended which were excellent. There is a fully stocked supermarket a few minutes away for the days that you don't want to leave the property. We can't wait until we return next year to enjoy a wonderful week of total relaxation. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts Kevin and Susan for always being available and making our stay at your Amazing Villa such a perfect vacation!!

Exactly as Advertised!

Absolutely over the top perfection. Don’t look any further for a place on the Island. The location is stunning, the home is beautiful, the views inspiring and the hosts attention to detail is better than I have ever been fortunate enough to observe. We rented a car, so we were able to get around the entire island easily, however if when we do it again, there is really no reason to go beyond 20 minutes away. Staying within the Jolly Harbor area gives you plenty to do in a week and the local beach that is a 10 minute walk is the nicest on the island. The house has every piece of cooking/eating/drinking ware that you will need. The grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive as well as multiple restaurants. Don’t miss Sheer Rocks for at least 1 dinner. Finally, the safety factor with the homes location and double gates takes any and all concerns about unwanted guests away. As usual, you will need to remember you’re on Island time. Plan several hours for drinks and meals…actually quite refreshing after a day of getting use to it. If you don’t want a rental car, ask for Troy the Driver from Susan and you will receive a very roomy car along with a driver who is affordable, knowledgeable, kind and timely. Just an amazing experience!!!!

Long review but you should know…. From the moment we arrived at AMAZED sea view villa, we knew it was even better than reviews and pictures can express. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Kevin, half of the wonderful couple that built and own this beautiful piece of paradise. Sorry to miss Susan! She has this villa so organized yet simplified, that your vacation is peaceful and calm from the moment you walk through the front door. To say this place is clean is an understatement, it was spotless. Kevin was a superb host, and gave us a royal welcome to Antigua. He responded immediately to any communication we sent. The guestbook is clear and helps a lot, especially if this is your first visit to Antigua (as it was ours). We felt very safe at the villla up on the hill and behind secured gates. We loved the location, near Jolly Harbour. Hermitage Beach was definitely our favorite spot away from the villa. It happens to be a 3 minute drive or 8-10 minute walk from the front door! We did explore a lot of Antigua, end to end, loved it and the people who call it home. As fun as it was, we always let out a deep breath coming home to AMAZED. We opened the back of the house to the pool deck and relaxed every night looking at the stars and feeling the sea breeze. It was quite warm when we were there, so we did take advantage of the A/C for sleeping, it was awesome. The grill was great, the villa has every amenity needed including wonderful picnic and beach gear. The layout of the villa is perfect for 4 people, friends or family. If Kevin and Susan will have us, we are most definitely returning!! Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home. It is spectacular!

The best view in Antigua! The views are amazing and a perfect name for a well layed out 2 bed villa. So comfortable and well equipt, they had everything we needed to bring to the beach. And the beaches are the best! Kevin met us on our arrival, it was so easy and well prepared and we loved it so much we might be back soon… Thank you Kevin and Susan for a lovely stay!
