This house was just perfect for our group. I'm 64 and took my mom and her friend to CO for their first time. My mom wanted to see where 2 if her grandsons live. The location is perfect. The house has wonderful views and is quite roomy. Upon our arrival, we felt at home. The house was generously stocked and very clean.
With Estes Park having received over 20" of snow the day before, our host went above and beyond with communication and efforts to get the driveway and front walk cleared so we could check in on time! Beautiful property and home with an oversized dining room table with great views, perfect for communal meals and gaming. Hot tub was delightfully toasty! Host was generous with our check out time too - an altogether excellent stay!
We utilized this house for a stay-cation and absolutely loved it! We six women were able to all sit in the livingroom together to visit and watch a movie. The dining room table was big enough for at least 8 people. The hot tub was so fun after it snowed. We saw deer and turkeys daily on the property. A very nice property.
We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was close to town and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice amenity after our long day of hiking in the Rocky Mnt. National Forest. I definitely would recommend staying here.
