Small but cute and cozy. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing that bothered us too much(we found a few dirty socks under the bed and there was clumps of dog hair under the couch). Hot tub was perfect with great mountain views. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back!
Extremely clean little cottage in a nice location. Clean and hot hot tub. We had fun! You might want to leave some brief instructions for the heating element. Might want to make the hot tub completely private, since it's already 75% private. The brackets from the old blinds were left on, even though the blinds were replaced by curtains. Might want to get a nicer couch. It's a real bargain couch that is barely adequate. But...I am nitpicking. It was a cute cottage in a great location.
Convenient location for spending time in Estes Park. Lovely little cabin. Felt very private, even with other nearby cabins. Hot tub was great for the end of the day!
Fantastic! We spent a lot of time reading reviews for a nice little place to stay on our trip from Minneapolis to Estes Park. There was something about this place that I liked even with the pictures from the start. We had a lot of options, but ultimately decided to trust the solid reviews. We were so happy where the little cabin was placed and to have such a beautiful view of the mountains as we enjoyed the hot tub multiple nights not to mention every morning with my coffee! They aren’t large and they aren’t fancy but so clean and everything my family of four including two teenage girls needed. So cozy. The location could not have been better for all of the Rocky Mountain activities we wanted to do with so much nearby, including downtown shops, breweries, etc. We plan to come and stay again. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
Wonderful cozy cabin very close to the south entrance to RMNP! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and pack most of our meals. Showerhead and fluffy towels were wonderful after a full day of hiking. Bedding and bed were all super comfy. We loved having DirecTV to watch the Olympics at the end of each day. Might have been a bit tight for 4 adults, but perfect for 2. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Close to nice hiking trails, semi- private cabin
The cabin was the perfect size for 2 adults with a very clean 2 person hot tub on a semi- private deck. The property is located alongside a busy road with a gas station and several restraunts just across the street and a mechanic shop on the other side of the property fence so it was more like staying in town rather than just outside of town. It is also a very bright property at night so it was a little hard to keep the inside of the cabin dark. The only real downfall was the cabin had a terrible sewer gas smell that filled the interior of the cabin starting in the evening and lasting pretty much all night. It was almost unbearable. It did help a little opening all the windows with the 2 fans blowing fresh air in, but it does get a little chilly.
Besides the smell, this place was what we were looking for. Even though it wasn't as remote as we would've liked.
Cabin is accurately described, comfortable and the private hot tub faces the mountain offering a fabulous view. Quiet surroundings with occasional visiting deer & elk. Location offers easy access to the parks, restaurants, groceries, liquor & gas. A wonderful 4 night stay.
A perfect getaway at this cozy little cabin. The bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure and the hot tub was great. Everything was very clean which was much appreciated.
Wonderful.location. Easy access to both town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Cabin had everything we needed. We loved it's simplicity. And the hot tub was clean and cozy. Fabulous hosts. High recommend.
Loved the little cabin. It was cozy and warm and the décor was perfect for the mountain getaway experience. I was a total noobie to dealing with the hot tub, but the staff member kindly corrected our behavior. I really enjoyed the long weekend.
The property was very clean. It snowed while we were there, the management came around and cleaned off the porch and the hot tub. Very comfortable beds.
The view was beautiful from my cabin and right in the middle of everything so I didn’t have to drive too far for food or shopping. I would stay there again or recommend this place!
