Beautiful and affordable home with lovely hosts!
This home is beautiful, cozy, and has all the amenities! Jacob and Stephen were also fantastic hosts— flexible, kind, and accommodating. The home is equipped with a security system, which was a huge perk considering the location is closer to some more rundown areas. That being said though— we felt safe in the home and the location is a really quick drive to anything you would want to do in KC! Would highly recommend this location (with the caveat that the area and lack of yard make it less conducive for a family with kids (we did not have any kids with us)); again— Jacob and Stephen were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the home was beautiful and safe and convenient. Thank you!

Great stay
House was great and as described. Worked perfect for our group. Street parking allowed us to leave a vehicle for free while we attended Chiefs game. Hosts were wonderful and responsive.

Perfect Stay-cation
This historic and stunning home absolutely blew my husband and I away. We decided to do a little stay-cation in KC this last weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday and 6 months of marriage. Jacob and Stephen went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. We had some trouble trying to book through a different site and Jacob worked directly with me to get us booked for the weekend through Vrbo. Knowing we were celebrating a special weekend, he and Stephen provided us with a bottle of our choice of red or white wine or champagne. This was such a sweet and meaningful touch that we really appreciated. They also left us a $5 gift card to a local coffee shop and we enjoyed the short (5 minute) walk to grab coffee when we woke up before we checked out. We did have a bit of difficulty with the TV not connecting to the wifi but Jacob and Stephen talked us through how to reconnect over the phone and were extremely kind and eager to help. This home is so naturally beautiful but Jacob and Stephen have meticulously decorated it to give it a cozy yet elegant and modern vibe. We LOVED staying here and Jacob and Stephen were such a joy to communicate with. Couldn't recommend more(:
