This is a spacious 2BR/2 full BA with over 1,000 sq ft under central A/C located exactly 1 block from Fort Lauderdale beach. Recently underwent a complete modernized renovation with new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, lighting, HVAC and much more! Recently furnished and still missing some wall art and home decor items. Will update photos once personalized decor is finalized. Located within a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with restaurants, bars and lounges only steps away! Can comfortably host 4 adults and 4 teenagers / children.

perfect getaway

Condo was perfect. There was plenty of room in this spacious condo! It is well taken care of and all the amenities. Easy in and out and Ernest was great about quickly responding to messages.

Beyond Pleased!

I am very “picky”! There are absolutely zero complaints regarding this property! Exactly as pictured. Immaculately clean! Spacious! We had 3 women staying here for a Pilates Conference. I am absolutely going to book this again! And Ernest was THE BEST! Quick to respond. Accurate and thorough!

Great midweek stay

We have been to the Fort Lauderdale area a couple times and this location is close to ideal. We took the water taxi, enjoyed restaurants at Bokampers, Primanti Brothers, and The Parrot. We also ran every morning and being on A1A is great, also having shade at Hugh Birch was great. Place was awesome and the pool was lovely too.

Beach weekend

Condo was perfect for a girls weekend! There were 5 of us who had plenty of room in this spacious condo! We enjoyed being able to walk to most everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped w everything we needed! We will be back! Just to note: the beach is more like a 2.5 block walk from condo.
