Built in 2013, this multi-level home provides a stylish, modern space to come home to after a day of exploring the city. And you need not leave the scenes of downtown behind you, as the sun-splashed terrace features a view of the Houston skyline peeking up above the rooftops.

Leave your cars in the garage and ascend a flight of stairs to find an open, light-filled living space on the second floor. Enjoy a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island, and a dining room table for four. In the evenings, relax on tufted leather sofas, work out a new tune on the baby grand piano, or bring a glass of wine outside to the balcony.

One of the special features of this home is the space it offers for working remotely or simply finding a bit of solitude. Up on the fourth floor, there's a study lined with bookshelves, an office nook with a computer monitor and a printer, and a desk workspace in the landing. The two bedrooms - each situated on its own floor for privacy - have en suite bathrooms, with the ground-floor bedroom boasting its own smart TV and sitting room with a second piano.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
