This condo is located at heritage Oaks golf and country club, guests have the ability to take advantage of the club amenities there are five heated pools hot tub,fitness center and tennis court, and miles of walking paths, this is a private and gated community that is complete with par 71 golf course restaurant, bar and pro-shop. This unit is about 12 miles from the world’s famous siesta key beach. Book your stay today, there is a minimum of a 30 day stay. Utilities included electric, Wi-Fi and cable. Wonderful holiday

Condo was very nice excellent views of lake and wildlikfe. Owner was wonderful we had a small problem with washing machine and he replaced it within days with a new one. wish we could come back again.

Beautiful golf course community.

Great place to relax and enjoy all the amenities Sarasota has to offer. The community is 20-30 minutes from downtown Sarasota and local beaches (time can vary depending on traffic). Far enough from the hustle to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Friendly community and beautifully renovated unit.

The condo is very nice and well appointed. It was also very quiet since this isn’t currently season for Sarasota. We didn’t take advantage of any of the community amenities but they looked nice.

Amazing!

Dan is a great host! Responsive and always a great help. The condo is great, well decorated, confortable and it makes it easy to feel like it’s home. The people that lives on the complex were so nice and so the accommodations (pool, fitness center, golf, restaurant, etc). We are definitely coming back!

Lovely spacious condo with great views

This is a lovely spacious two bed two bath plus den condo in the very well kept community of Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club. The view from the back balcony and master bedroom are truly beautiful. We loved seeing and hearing all the birds. There is a large very clean pool just steps down the road. The owner is very responsive when you have questions or issues. There is a very nice restaurant at the main Clubhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit. .

Unbelievable stay highly recommended

Clean and spacious as it is on the listing. The condo overlooks 2 lakes on both sides and also see golf course. Private entrance, private staircase, friendly neighbors, right next to the community exit and spacious sitting areas. Publix store a mile away. Fast internet. No complaints. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. As an added bonus, we saw a lot of birds, gators, deer and other swamp animals in the community.
