Inside, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for easy meals at home, plus a comfy living room with a Roku TV and selection of games and entertainment for relaxing nights in.

Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard — perfect for dogs to run and play, kids to burn off energy, or simply unwinding with a morning coffee. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit or relax on the patio for a peaceful night under the stars.

After a full day of exploring Wilmington, settle into one of the four comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled and ideal for families, friends, or extended stays. Traveling with little ones? A travel crib and noise machine are available.

The home includes 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and rain shower head, plus a half bathroom connected to one bedroom for added privacy and convenience.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home and property including 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living space, laundry room, a large fenced-in backyard, back and a paved driveway offering space for 3 vehicles.

This home is located in Monkey Junction; a quiet & beautiful residential neighborhood that is only a short drive to many popular attractions.

Guests have access to free private parking available on-site, in the driveway only (3 vehicles).
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home.

25 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach.
20 minute drive to historic downtown Wilmington and the Riverfront where aside from the beautiful Riverfront walkway, you`ll find a big selection of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops.
25 minute drive to Wilmington International Airport (ILM)
5 minute drive to Walmart in case you need to pick up an item that you forgot to pack.

*Any booking that are 28 days + will need to go through our short onboarding process which includes signing a lease agreement which will be sent to you via email as well as completing a background check. We reserve the right to deny your booking if your application doesn`t meet our criteria.

**For your safety, there are 2 security cameras on this property. One at the front of the house and one in the back.
Violation of ANY of the house rules will lead to cancellation of your reservation with no refund given or a fine.

-This home is Pet Friendly however, please read our pet rules to ensure this property is suitable for your pet. Some breed/pet restrictions do apply so please send us a message before submitting a booking request.
Our pet fee is $180, non-refundable and per pet, 2 pets max
Pets may not be left in the house unattended.
No potty pads
Per our insurance protocol, any guests bringing pets will be asked to sign a hold harmless agreement & submit a copy of their liability insurance policy.

-NO smoking of ANY substance anywhere on the property. This includes inside and outside. In addition to the removal of your reservation, if anything is smoked inside, you will obtain a $200 charge for deodorization treatment.

-Visitors must be PRE-approved by the Host.

-If you have a complaint about the property during your stay, upon submitting your complaint, you are authorizing the host/team to enter the property to address the complaint/solve the problem.

-please refrain from tampering with any electronic devices such as security cameras and wifi modem/router. There will be a fine if any devices are tampered with.

- The driveway has space for 3 cars to park. Please do not drive or park on the grass. If possible, please avoid parking on the street overnight.

-Please clean the grill after using it.
