About this property

Perfect place to stay!
We are located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. A short walk/ride to the famous Hollywood Beach, Gold Course, Restaurants and more. Young Circle is a street lined up on both sides with shops, restaurants & bars. A short ride to famous Hard Rock Guitar Casino and Holland Park is right by the end of our street, with an observation tower and deck about 1/5+ mile long that stretches along the intra-coastal with amazing views. Hollywood Beach Golf Resorts is about 5 minutes walk. Aventura Mall is about a 10 minutes drive and Still we have the quietness and tranquility without the noise of the beach night life. This is a family oriented neighborhood and we strive to preserve it that way.
Guests must be 25 yo to book, and are also require to send a front and back picture of their state/country issued ID.

Going on a Cruise

We needed a simple place to stay for our cruise heading out the next day and every hotel was booked plus personally I don’t want to deal with that. This was the perfect place to rest clean up them head out the next day!!

Incredible space and quiet location

The host was fantastic with accommodating our needs quickly with great communication. Location is a short Uber to the shopping centers and beach. Location is quiet in a residential area. Space is kept very organized and clean. Host has everything neatly labeled to help with the ease of our stay.

If you are coming to attend an event or for work, we are about 8 minutes ride from Fort Lauderdale Airport. The studio has an independent entrance at the front of the main house with keyless check-in. We also offer an outside atrium, a space to seat and drink you coffee in the morning or just read a book and relax. *This is a cozy and relaxing an-suite bedroom with a queen size bed, a desk with a wireless dedicated printer and Roku smart TV. Kitchenette with coffee pot, mini fridge and microwave, disposable utensils, paper plate etc.
