Comments on unit

We stayed in this unit two weeks. The property was not advertised as a basement unit. I had to inquire, a couple of times, after making the reservation. We could have canceled but the location was what we needed. The bathroom has no towel rack, the bathroom needs to be painted. There is no toaster, we were told that they thought there was one, and that we could use the broiler on the oven if we didn't find one. There is no heating or cooling control in the unit, so in order to control the heating texting the owner is necessary.
