The location was central to the activities we had planned, off street parking was great. The neighborhood was very quiet, great for walks. The location is close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants.

Wonderfully clean, quiet place in a great Draper neighborhood. Close to amenities such as dining, shopping, and grocery. Great ductless split A/C made the hot summer days enjoyable, even with an upstairs bedroom! Angie was a fantastic hostess! We would not hesitate to stay again if we needed to be in the SLC area!

We needed an easily accessible place in the south Salt Lake Valley for a rejuvenating chill out while our house was undergoing extensive repair. We got what we needed and more! It was like walking into a relaxing home away from home. Comfortable, everything we would possibly need was at our fingertips. Angie is warm, inviting, and accommodating. Our mini schnauzer loved being there too!!

Beautiful upscale neighborhood with big yards full of mature trees and green grass, secluded, safe and friendly neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, outlets malls and parks nearby, just 15 min from both airports. With its easy freeway access your 18 minutes from the canyons to ski, hike, bike and enjoy Utahs beautiful scenery. Centrally located to all large venue centers, you can get anywhere quick and easy. And what a view, mountains all around, beautiful.

This house is a separate unit on .44 acre lot built in 2023 it sits behind our 4th car garage, with a private driveway and entrance you have easy access to come and go, It’s a two story layout with a bedroom, bathroom and 65’ TV on each level, huge vaulted ceilings, a great space to share with friends and family, you’ll feel right at home. Perfect location and easy freeway access to everything, airports, ski resorts, venues, all within a 18 minute drive, Trax train station just up the street, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants all around. This location is perfect and you’ll love looking at all the mountains surrounding the home, come enjoy your stay in Beautiful Draper Utah.
