Remodeled 3 bedroom rambler in the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. 8 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, 20 minutes to Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts.

The house has a full kitchen, family room, living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath with a jetted tub. (There is now an additional Master Suite that can be rented for $30/day+$40 cleaning fee) To add this room contact owner after booking.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
25 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City.
Bus service to ski resorts within walking distance.

A one-minute drive puts you at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon on your way to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts. A few miles farther will take you to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon home to Solitude and Brighton ski resort. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more! The resorts of Park City are only 30 minutes away via I-215 and I-80.

The house is in an ideal location for you to enjoy everything the canyons have to offer.

Great getaway

Perfect family getaway

Lovely house at the base of cottonwood canyon. Easy trip up to ski at Snowbird. Ski shop and grocery store super close to the house. Also only 20ish minutes to downtown to enjoy a hockey game. The house was clean and had everything we need to cook meals for our family. Enjoyed the quiet nights by the fireplace and beautiful mornings enjoying the mountain views.

Perfect!

Clean and so comfortable! Such a great space for all of us. Lots of cozy spaces to relax, played some pool, enjoyed sitting on both deck areas to take in the beautiful view. Beds were very comfortable! Laundry was so great to have as well. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Host sent very clear instructions and was so gracious to let us stay an hour passed check out due to our flight departure. Would highly recommend!

Very nice house in Sandy Utah

House has 3 nice bedrooms with 2 full baths. Living areas are roomy. View from rear deck is very nice.

Excellent Full House

This house was just as advertised. Cheri was an excellent communicator. The kitchen was well stocked even including bags for leftovers. Loved having the washer and dryer. Loved the space to hang out as a family, and then time/space on our own. Garage was a bonus, and it was great to keep the car cool in the heat. Would recommend. The view out the back sealed the deal.

Great ski house

Cheri contacted us the day of our stay and let us know when it was ready. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay, but the best part was that it’s less than 20 minutes from Snowbird and Alta. I would recommend this to anyone needing a nice three bedroom house for a ski trip.

We were in Utah for the weekend to go to a Real Salt Lake game and a few other activities. Close to the stadium. Great little place for what we needed. Accurate listing. Easy check in/out. Would use again.

Beautiful Sandy Utah House

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful house. The house is super clean and very comfortable. The host is extremely nice and very responsive. We had a group of 6 so I would recommend adding the newly renovated down stairs master suite, it is amazing. I would 100% recommend this house, short drive to the multiple ski resorts and close to all major shopping.

Just like Home

The property was very nice and comfortable. The only thing that i was unaware of was the slope in the backyard but we worked around it. The owners worked with us for the gathering we were having. We had the time of our life and thank you for working with us. Would definitely recommend this l property and would stay again.

Spacious, comfortable and perfectly located

If you're skiing at Alta or Snowbird or planning to recreate in Little Cottonwood Canyon, the location of this home is unbeatable. This is an older home in quiet neighborhood that appears to have been remodeled as a rental. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was functional and well-equipped and the home contained everything we needed for our stay. Owner responded quickly to a question about operating the thermostat. We would stay here again.

Perfect

The house is great. The beds in the guest rooms are more comfortable than the master bed. But the master was still good, the others are just really comfortable. All the beds are a little high so if you are short you will struggle getting up and down off them. Everything else is perfect.

Nice stay in Sandy Utah

We enjoyed our stay at this place in Sandy Utah. It is in a great location for the Cottonwood canyons for skiing which is how we used it. The carpet is new. The kitchen was overall well stocked for basic cooking. oversized couches for viewing the TV. bedrooms and baths are good. Master has a walk in shower and the second bsth has a jet tub and showercombo. The use of the garage is much appreciated and helpful for storage of ski equipment. There is a full lower level which we did not use but includes a workspace and pool table. I would recommend this place and stay here again.
