The house is beautiful and well cared for. It has all the amenities we were looking for. Not to mention the game room, which was a fantastic center for entertainment and enjoyment!I have stayed at many VRBO properties, but Ben truly stands out. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about his guests. When an issue arose with the house, he addressed it quickly and efficiently. In addition, we accidentally left a couple items behind, and he went out of his way to make arrangements to return it to us.Overall, Ben provided one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location- perfect for our family's wedding week in Temecula! The home was clean, with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for our 11 guests. It felt spacious enough for a large family group of 15, including children. The pool, hot tub and game room were excellent. The spacious and modern kitchen was well stocked and made preparing meals easy, and having outdoor dining plus two indoor dining areas was incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the laundry room, ample parking and gated access which helped us to feel safe. the location very convenient to wine country and our wedding venue at Morgan Estate. Everything was in good working condition except the fire pit and bathtub sto9pper in the 2nd primary suite. Ben was easy to reach and very accommodating. When a hurricane threatened our travel plans, he offered to hold an extra night of us without charging unless we needed it. We ultimately didn't need to stay, but his kindness and flexibility gave us real peace of mind. A beautiful place to gather with family and make wonderful memories.

Property was great, located quiet area of Temecula and property had no issues. Spa was hot, Ben was quick to turn on when requested. Ben the owner/host was quick to respond to any messaging. Kitchen well equipped and labeled. Extremely easy check in and check out process….no stress! Big one for me is my bed was extremely comfortable!!! Great supply of Televisions. I would definitely book again.

The listing’s water slide, a main reason we booked, did not exist. After I messaged the host, he removed the photo, but I saved the original as proof.Other problems: only 1 of 3 garage AC units usable (one dead, two on a surge protector that kept tripping); broken ice maker, no ice trays; broken microwave button; squeaking dryer; Grill not as pictured; towel bars falling off or duct-taped; drains that wouldn’t plug; constant drip in the second master bath; a shower head with only very hot water; a dead bedroom light; indoor vacuum needed cleanred to work; 4 mugs (had to request more), 3 regular glasses, 5 hangers for the whole house; hair in the trash compactor on arrival; cigarette butts by the garage; bees at the front door; patchy turf.Hundreds of ants appeared the morning after we left donuts in box, and a large ant hill was inside by the garage door. The host lectured me instead of helping, so I stopped reporting issues.After I raised these problems, he tried to charge me for a pet we never had (none of us had one) - told me he was disappointed with me(?), using photos of hair and a comforter with no date or location. He also tried to charge me for a pool vacuum the cleaners left in the pool. We only moved it to swim, and his handyman came afterward without complaint. Both are disputed with Vrbo.The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our time together, but the property did not match its listing. I can’t recommend it due to vindictive/dishonest property owner.

We had a great stay. We loved the remote location and there were nice hiking trails close by as well as fun wineries less than 15 min away. The kitchen wax well labeled with everything we might need and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The house could really use a thorough cleaning though,

Great experience

Our stay was great! Visiting for a nearby wedding at local winery. The home was an amazing place to stay with more enough room for everyone to have their own space but able to host together! Can’t wait to spend another stay at this location!

The property was beautiful and just as described. Close to the wedding location so it made our transportation easy. Check-in and check out were very user friendly and great communication! The game Room was a hit too! A great place to stay for weddings at Pymm Ranch. The backyard at night is beautifully lit and very inviting! I would definitely book this property again.

The house was perfect. The pool area needed a little work - lacking a few umbrellas. The extra fridge did not work - but all in all it was nice house and pool. Loved the extra room with the pool table/bar and ping pong. Nice and quiet area of Temecula.

Family wedding

Great property for large family gathering, we had 2 sons with their family stay, everyone got their own wing. Fully stocked home. Had everything, had wonderful time, would stay again. Great outdoor space. Very responsive host, quick.
