Double Family Home at the Top of Moonridge (Pet Friendly)
Have a large group and want to celebrate together?! Come on over!! We have a Large 3-story House + a 2 bedroom cabin, side-by-side, so that you can be together and still maintain your space. The main house has 2 completely separate living spaces with a fridge, microwave and storage area if you have a nanny or mother-in-law who needs her own things. Both homes back into the national forrest with the best hiking trails in Big Bear. We are a 2 min walk to the most private sledding trails, and we keep extra sleds in the closet. We are a 5 min. drive to the ski slopes and you can watch the skiers from our living room window. Moonridge is the most upscale neighborhood in town and we decorated the main house with luxury in mind so that you and your family can have fun in style! 360 views including BB Lake! This Listing is ONLY for the 3-story house. If you would like to rent the small cabin, it will be an extra 125/night, + 150 cleaning fee.

Why they chose this property
We paid special attention to the details of the home. The lights are vintage and custom ordered from a shop in small-town NY. The biggest benefit of the home is the layout. The 1st and 2nd stories have completely separate layouts. There is a fridge, microwave and kitchenette on the 1st floor for your guest.
