The property boasts various structures, including a sizable workshop in front of the barn. Adjacent to it is the "Honey Shack," designated for guest parking; kindly only park in front of this building. Meticulously renovated, the loft mirrors hotel comforts but with the added appeal of a fully equipped kitchen and the rustic charm of a working farm.

Guests have access to the back portion of the property, featuring a fenced orchard area and a lane leading to the upper east and west sides. There are tenants in small homes on the upper part of the property, just be mindful of their areas.

Situated on Stein Way, amid expansive private acreages in Cobble Hill, the best part of the location is its seclusion, quiet, and calm vibes. However, it is only a 4 min drive to Cobble Hill & Shawnigan Lake. It is 30 to 40 minutes to Victoria, 20 minutes to Duncan. Explore the local wineries, golf courses, and hiking trails that the North Cowichan area has to offer.

Parking is available next to the barn loft, providing ample space for exploration. Wander through the tall grass, orchards, and rustic buildings, creating an ideal backdrop for relaxation or a productive workspace for those seeking inspiration, like artists or remote workers.

Loft apt in Cowichan Valley

Need more specific directions to property for those who don't use pindrop. Kitchen was missing a paring knife and scissors which we often needed. However, those were small things compared to the quiet, cleanliness, and restfulness of the space. It's an excellent location for the area as it's so private.

Very nice!

A great spot for the night! If you are looking for serenity in a country setting this would be the place A quiet farm location but still only 10 minutes from Mill Bay or Duncan on Vancouver Island.
