Be our guest!!!! Four bedroom, two full bath, sleeps 12. Plenty of room for family and friends. For entertainment, large pool (Pool closed, reopens in march), pool table, board games, and smart tv in all bedrooms, living room, and patio. Kitchen fully loaded with all the appliances needed to cook for family. Located close to shopping and restaurants in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Only a 30 minute drive to Downtown Memphis and Graceland.

Ferguson Family

Words can’t explain the house is so warm and bright. Me and my husband really enjoyed the stay. The home is equipped with just about everything you need. It’s quite and peaceful, and words can’t express how grateful we were to stay. We really suggest anyone looking for a nice home and comfortable place this is the best place for you and your family.

Family Trip

The house was lovely and exactly what we needed for our trip to visit our Memphis family. The house itself was very clean and well appointed for our needs. The pool was great for the kids and adults, being in Memphis in July it was hot. Sade was very responsive to our inquiries and questions.

Something for Everyone

I can't say enough about the time spent at this property. We stayed for over a week and hosted many small family get togethers and everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Sade goes above and beyond for her guests including directing me to a wheelchair rental provider and a great Urgent Care. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and necessary items so that meals could be cooked and there was a snack bar too. I highly recommend Sade's house for your next family vacation.

Comfortable, clean and spacious

I’d recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious rental home. We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild and the Thanksgiving holiday and we had family coming from different states to join us in Memphis. This property was very clean and nicely updated, there was plenty of space to spread out across the four bedrooms and it provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Due to the cold weather we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor space but the back patio and pool area looked nice. The home is in a good location close to lots of shopping and restaurants, although it is on a bit of a busy street. But there was plenty of parking in the driveway for our three cars and road noise wasn’t very noticeable once you’re inside the house. Bonus points to the host who checked in on us virtually to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. L I’d recommend anyone looking for a short-term rental in Memphis to give this home a look.
