Great Location, Great Amenities

Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend.

What A Amazing Property

I would just like to start off by thanking Ms. Wilcox for being so amazing, fast, and transparent during our stay! She was extremely fast to communicate and was always super nice. The property was everything displayed and more! I had absolutely no complains at all the property was beautiful as well as the neighborhood it was located in.

Clean and perfect

The place was fantastic! Full kitchen and VERY clean home. The towels and sheets were clean and comfortable. Only critic is the bathrooms are a bit dated but it was very clean. The front door was convenient for check in, but it was not locking for us. There was a deadbolt so that helped. Otherwise we loved the property and will be back if we are to stay in this area again!!

Very disappointing

The evening after check-in my entire family had a terrible allergic reaction to something in the house. The house is pet friendly and that is one of the reasons we chose so we are not allergic to dogs. Several faucets in the house were loose and. Or working properly. Also the furnishings were a bare minimum. We could have ignored everything else but we had to leave the house the next morning due to the reaction and the owner refused to refund the remainder of our stay.

Amy, Thank you so much for your response. As previously explained only dogs were allowed in the property, and that may be a risk you take booking a pet friendly home. The faucets were all checked, and working properly upon your check out. As far as our home being furnished to a bare minimum, it is exactly furnished as shown. in the pictures, with a fully stocked kitchen. I am sorry that my simple home did not meet your expectations. If you look at my previous reviews, they are all great, so I find your claims false, because we work hard to make the home comfortable for our guests As far as the refund goes, you were guided to file a claim, because of the accusations and lack of proof. I hope others are aware of renters trying to cancel reservations when better opportunities present themselves, let’s say a country concert for example. If the claims were proven, instead of a last minute cancellation a refund would have been provided. Again, I’m so sorry my property was unacceptable. Glad to see you are feeling better, thank you so much for turning on every light in the house.

Great weekend!

I had a great weekend at Witney’s place! It’s a recently redone place that is clean and in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was great to bring my dog, and I was able to use the garage so I could charge my car!
