Quiet Village home convenient to the Gulf and restaurants
Our small Spanish-style home sits in the center of historic Longbeach Village on the north end of Longboat Key. The Village offers a quiet small town, friendly atmosphere with a mix of full-time residents and vacationers. We have recently updated our house so it offers all the conveniences of home. If you like to stay active, our house is a 5 minute walk to Whitney Beach for swimming or walking and 2 blocks from the dock for fishing. A favorite activity includes an evening stroll to find and spot the local peacocks. Enjoy top waterfront restaurants, Shore and Mar Vista, only 2 blocks from the house.
Our home offers a quiet vacation home in a residential area. Its a home, not a condo or association. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
Amenities: outdoor shower, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable, high speed wireless internet access and a propane gas grill.
