The house is just excellent. It is in great condition. We had a blast. The cleaning service can use an upgrade... we found several spider webs and dead bugs in the house and also in the pool. The pool needs some maintenance but overall it was great. It does not take away of how beautiful and big the property is.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review! We're thrilled to hear you had a blast and enjoyed the home, its spacious layout, and the overall condition of the property. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. Because we are in Florida, occasional spider webs and insects can appear even after a home has been professionally cleaned, especially around outdoor areas and the pool. That said, we have shared your comments with our cleaning team and pool service to reinforce our quality standards and ensure the home is in excellent condition for every guest. Thank you again for your kind words and for recognizing the beauty of the property. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay in the Tampa Bay area!

Very surface level cleaning, there’s mold in the master shower, outside patio wasn’t cleaned and the laundry machines had sand in them.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the cleanliness did not meet our standards during your stay. We take these concerns seriously and have addressed them directly with our cleaning team, including the master shower, patio area, and laundry machines. We have also added these areas to our inspection checklist to make sure they receive more attention between guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve the experience for future guests.

Great stay in Largo

We were overall satisfied with this stay! The location was great—close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The house and pool were very clean. The host quickly responds to messages and was very helpful. The house maybe could have been stocked better with toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and utensils for bigger groups.

The house was spacious and the beds comfortable. The host did a great job of anticipating our needs - we mentioned that there weren’t very many cups and a stack appeared on the doorstep. We also noticed no pool cues, but that same day, cue sticks arrived.

Comfortable stay

Nice and clean upon arrival. Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Pool was fun. Only downside was landscaping needs a little sprucing up.
