The home was as advertised - 3 teens and 2 adults all had plenty of room and the location could not have been better. Lovely community with every imaginable amenity close by. The management company was easy to work with and the check in process was seamless.
The house was clean and well-equipped! Incredible beachfront views and easy beach access. Great, fast communication with the rental company. Five stars!
15 Grand Pavillion was an excellent property and a great location. The property manager was easy to contact and helpful when we needed something. Parking is a little tough but manageable and they did let us know that before we got there. Overall, we had a great time in a great place to stay at Wild Dunes.
This property was in a great location and had amazing views. We loved the yard for kids to play and and short distance to the beach. The property was clean and had plenty of space for a large crowd. The only complaint we had is that the kitchen oven was terrible, which made cooking in somewhat challenging.
Over all a great property.
House and view were wonderful. Enjoyed quality time with family and fun on the beach and pool. One note to owners- we had some heavy rain a few nights and noticed a leak above the toilet in the master bathroom. May want to check roof around there. Thanks for a great spring break!

The house was fine. We had kitchen issues with the Range. Property manager was very good in response on this issue but the range needs to be replaced. Parking was an issue since we had large trucks. Bathrooms had drainage issues in the sinks and showers.

Family stay
The property should not advertise sleeping availability for a pull out sofa, mattress is poor and no linen. The appliances do not work properly, ice maker broken, dishwasher dishes need to be recleaned and gas stove top does not working properly.
No pool pass was available until after stay.
It was obvious the house was rushed and missing basics.
The location and views were amazing.

Thank you for bringing the condition of the sleeper sofa mattress to our attention. It has been replaced along with the refrigerator and ice maker. The morning after your arrival, we dropped off sleeper sofa linens, passes for the pool, and two bags of ice. These guests arrived well before check-in time so we were not able to properly inspect the home before arrival.
This house is absolutely beautiful and the rental property manager is amazing! Easily will sleep 12-14. The layout is wonderful. Each room has a TV plus each family room (2). Beach access is so easy and only about a football field to wear you set up. Access to 4 different pools (1 adult only). We walked to the beach to the burger bar and let the kids swim while we listened to music two nights with the most gorgeous view. Shopping, ice cream, tennis, golf … all within walking distance. You are also super close to the Isle of Palms with all kinds of options. We were able to fit 3 cars ( Crewmax Tundra, 4 Runner, and a Highlander). We loved our neighbors, all the kids hung out every day. The kitchen is supplied with all the useful items you will need (blender, keurig, 2 coffee pots, storage containers, and more). We did take extra dish cloths and a crock pot. We loved this home and vacation!
We had a lovely four days at this property. It's a little hard to tell from the pictures, but you can definitely see the ocean from the main floor, even while cooking. The interior decorating was beautiful and comfortable; we particularly appreciated the throw blankets. Great set of knives for a rental! The view from the upper floor is awesome. You can reach the beach through a short path through the grass, and the pool via the driveway and the south croquet lawn. We really enjoyed being at Wild Dunes and took advantage of several restaurants and the common spaces, playground, etc. Note that Duney's is closed during the off-season and the other ice cream shop is only open Fridays and Saturdays. The Pavilion pool was closed for private events most evenings, but the views there are beautiful as well. There was a deer in the yard several times and we saw his hoof prints on the beach! My daughter enjoyed chasing butterflies. She informed us that we would be back for Spring Break. :)
