The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Variety of restaurants nearby. Parks and walking areas were shaded with lots of trees. Parking in front of the property was easy with plenty of space. Weather was pleasant during early September

The location of this lovely home was excellent. We walked to local coffee shops and restaurants easily and enjoyed strolling the nearby Elmwood Strip. The house is beautiful and had comfortable living room furniture and beds. We normally don't spend so much on a rental house, but this place was wonderful. The bathroom was spacious and nice, and the house layout was prefect. It was quiet at night and felt private in the house, despite being in the middle of so many amenities. The house was nicely stocked with everything we needed, including laundry detergent and soaps, and even some coffee. We loved the outdoor seating area on the front porch to enjoy the beautiful parkway in front of the house. When sitting at the dining room table, our legs didn't fit under the table because the chairs were too tall for the table height. Considering that is our only complaint, this place was pretty great!

Great Location

We loved our stay in this property - it’s a nice place, very clean and comfortable, room to spread out - and the location can’t be beat, super close to local coffee shops and restaurants - would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Buffalo weekend

Stay was great! Flat was just as listed and had everything we needed to make it comfortable and feel like we were home. I highly recommend this location. Plenty of restaurants and other establishments within walking distance.

4 week stay to visit with family. Perfect Location.

Nick was very responsive and accommodating. Helped us learn streaming apps on TV which wasn’t intuitive to “our generation”. This is a great location. We previously lived on this street so we know how great it is to be in the heart of Elmwood Village!

Great stay for a reunion weekend

My wife and I stayed at this lovely property for my medical school reunion weekend. We were able to entertain a number of people the evening of the reunion. The place is very spacious, clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very close to Elmwood Ave and lots of good dining and shopping. There's also a farmers market in the parkway in front of the house on Saturday mornings.

Great space throughout and numerous places to eat or shop

We were there for an engagement party. Parking was not a problem. Thank you for having some detergent for the washer and not having to sign into the streaming apps for the 2 little ones to watch tv. Great bathroom!

Amazing, beautiful stay!

This is a place we’d definitely stay at again. Nick was wonderful and quick to respond. The location is in a great part of the city…close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless, roomy and cozy. I loved all of the details that were provided: name brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We settled in and were able to just relax. Highly recommend!
