Beautiful Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was incredible, having a large backyard for the kids and the design was just perfection. The details of the decor made this home so comfortable.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the House It fitted us well as a big family, I would say bathrooms and the kitchen Needs improvement also the water leak from the fan should be checked and ac should also be provided to the bottom floor ,Overall the house is beautiful, garden ,pool Everything was close to us the Location was perfect.Also I feel the cleaning team could have done a better job

Big older home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, big, older home in Hawaii Kai that is in a good location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the ocean is just steps away. A/C works great in bedrooms, upstairs beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. However, the home could use better maintenance. Dining room chairs were stained along with living room seat cushions. Outdoor furniture cushions were dirty/stained. One of the breakfast room chairs was broken. The tub in the master bath was unusable. A couple of the bathrooms smelled like urine no matter how much we cleaned it. Extra blankets in the closets were stained. Some towels were stained upon arrival. The house was definitely not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival either. The cleaners were still there and apologized for not being able to finish cleaning. For the price we paid, especially the cleaning fees that were included, we expected better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Portlock home did not disappoint! With the fully gated yard made is a safe haven for the little ones with us. The house was more than accommadating for the 10 of us and it was in the perfect location.Hope to make it back there one day!
