This cozy, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach bungalow is located conveniently on the northern end of the island's commercial district. Visitors have easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The over sized lot is perfectly tailored for guests to enjoy the private pool in their own island oasis. The main house includes 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The additional bedroom and bathroom are located in a mother-in-law suite located over the carport.

Hidden treasure

This was nicer than expected. Plenty of space for our group, particularly the back yard. There's a gas fire pit, a wood fire pit, a grill, and a pool, and they all had their own chairs and space. The kitchen was well equipped , games, kids toys, and beach chairs. It was less than 10 mins from the beach on foot. There's also restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The bonus room/loft/bedroom, was its own mini apt, with a bathroom and mini kitchen. Overall very happy

Treehouse memories

My husband and I met in Charleston but loved out of state shortly after. We vacation in Charleston as much as possible and are beyond thrilled our son loves it as much as we do! The Treehouse was a magical experience for my family (my spouse and I, our 9 year old son and my parents). The beach-cottage like feel was just as charming as it was comfortable. The outdoor space can’t be beat. The green scenery (large beautiful trees & green grass/turf, delightful pool and abundance of outdoor seating (poolside, fire pit and table) provided the ultimate convenience for each of us during our stay. My son particularly loved the tree swing. My parents loved the in-law suite and how it was detached but still close to the action. We can’t wait to go back! It was the perfect family friendly vacation rental in the heart of the IOP.

Wonderful accommodations!

This house was just perfect for us. The house is clean and spacious. All the necessary amenities are provided. Great communication with owners/property manager. Perfect location. Will definitely stay here again!
