We are thrilled to host 'Beach, Please!' on the Island Realty Rental Program!

This three bedroom, two bath renovated beach home boasts modern furnishings throughout (2023), a private in-ground saltwater pool, beautiful LVP flooring, updated kitchen cabinetry and countertops, and renovated bathrooms. Only a 1/2 block to the nearest beach access, this home is the perfect spot for your family and friends to kick back and vacation with ease.

'Beach, Please!' has thought of it all! The beach vibe welcomes you as soon as you step onto the large screened front porch, offering comfortable seating for the whole group to escape from the sun. Along the back of the home, an outdoor oasis awaits. Complete with a private saltwater pool, small putting turf, and spacious elevated deck. Cool off in the pool, grill on the gas grill, dine poolside, or enjoy an evening cocktail next to the gas fire table.

Yes, it gets even better, guests are welcome to bring their dog for a nonrefundable pet fee of $250/dog (2 MAX).
*Caution for Dog owners: Fenced yard has sections where a dog could slip through if unleashed.*

Perfect Beach Week!

It was around the corner from the beach, the backyard was gorgeous and was such a cool atmosphere with the pool and putting green. Very nice property. Well thought out and organized. House worked well for our small group. The beach cart is amazing. Excellent location. My two issues would be the size of the pool (small) and if it were me I would remove the awning around the house in order to let more natural light in. I am not an architect but I once stayed at a Holiday Inn Express…

Fantastic!

We were there during the Thanksgiving weekend and had a blast! Other family members live in Mt. P. It was close but a nice change to be near the beach and not in Mt. P.! It was well stocked for cooking. The only things I recommend you take is bar soap for the showers, beach towels, and paper towels. The guest bath was beautiful! The size was perfect for us, and we loved the location. Thank you for We will be back!

Great Pet Friendly Home with a Pool

We were looking for pet friendly with a pool, since we had a little one and wanted something to do during nap times. This fit the bill. The ping pong table was an added plus. Several beach chairs and a nice cart to carry them on along with a wagon. Only downside is the beach itself. We haven't been to Isle of Palms in years. You now have to be mindful of the tides, as there is literally no beach at high tide. Beach access 4 worked with the wagon, but Beach access 3 was not functional.

Great Rental!

The owners did a great job at renovating and everything was clean and new. Kitchen was great with new appliances and stocked with everything. The outdoor area was great for small kids and dog, with a great pool and turfed yard. Location was ideal, on south end of island close to Sullivans (2 miles to town center), one mile from IOP town center, one block from beach and the Boathouse (we loved for dinner and HH) and Inlet (can watch dolphins!) a few blocks away. Can walk or bike everywhere. Also, while not advertised, the house had beach chairs, beach wagon (kids loved it) and beach buggy.

Our only complaint is that the backyard lights did not work the whole time we were there, and it is such a beautiful backyard. We wanted to enjoy the back deck, yard, pool, golf area, but it was pitch dark! We were there to plan my son's upcoming wedding, and he is a big golfer, and we were trying to use the advertised putting green in the backyard and also enjoy the pool area, but we had to use the lights on our cellphones to try to see, which did not work very well. I called every day, and the first day, I was told it was fixed. Second day, I was told they would turn it into maintenance but could not guarantee anything. The next day, same thing, would turn it into maintenance. No one came out to look at it. What upset me the most was the morning we checked out, the landscape representative was there to fix the problem and said if they would have known, they could have come and repaired the problem right away!!!!! He said he was never contacted that there was a problem until that morning, four days later when we are checking out. The switch to turn the lights on was under the house with a padlock. But even though I was very upset, we do have a booking coming up with this home again for my son's wedding week, and it is an awesome home and great location! We are just hoping by then, they will have the kinks worked out.

The pool was clean and the outdoor shower was perfect with only having two bathrooms. Because we brought our dog I ran my roomba every day so I think the floors were spotless for the next guest. We will definitely consider renting this house again. I would like for Island realty to offer higher quality towels. The current towels are not up to par.

The backyard was hands down our favorite part of the house and we spent every day in the pool during an especially hot week. The house is completely updated on the inside and beautiful. The house is also super convenient to the beach, with an access right around the corner and has a beach wagon plus chairs. It’s also close to the Sullivan’s Island side making it super convenient to SI restaurants. Highly recommend this house!

Close to the beach and a short walk or drive to center of town. Backyard was a paradise. So intentionally designed. Interior was so comfortable and amenities were top of the line. It had everything you could need. We will definitely stay again!! Highly recommend
