The layout of the home was actually more spacious in the common areas (LR/Dining/Screened Porch) for a large group than we thought from the photos. Host was very responsive with a minor mechanical issue, and with helping with other logistics of our stay. Location is stellar as advertised relative to the beach and Boardwalk Pavilion amenities.

47 Grand Pavillion was beautiful and just as described in the listing! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the house, and the attention given to detail. We enjoyed our visit so much and hope to return soon.
