OCEANFRONT dog friendly, screened porch, deck & private path to beach!

OCEANFRONT elevated beach home with ocean views and a gorgeously landscaped yard that is fenced-in and has a private beach access. Dog now considered for nonrefundable $250 fee per dog (*2 max, Fenced yard not responsible for unattended dogs). Guests can enjoy the large 55" flat-screen cable TV in the Living Room, open living/dining/kitchen space, and WiFi access. This home also features stainless steel appliances, large decks facing the ocean, a screened porch, outdoor shower, gas grill, and flat-screen cable TV in the master bedroom!

Ocean views available from the living room, dining room and two of the bedrooms. Private boardwalk leading to beach dunes. 2,956 sq ft. Linens are included. No Smoking.

**New for 2025 Rental Season: Jack and Jill Bath shared with Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 has been updated, Now featuring a walk in shower (no tub).

The view was spectacular! The only downside was the dog poop in the backyard. Before we could enjoy being outside, we had to pick up a lot of dog poop. I will never understand why pet owners don’t clean up after their dogs.

Booking was easy and everything was clean and working perfectly when we arrived. We hope to return again to this beautiful property.

We usually vacation in the Lowcountry every summer and have stayed at various properties. This takes the cake. We decided to vacation with our 2 dogs this summer and found this house because of it was extremely dog friendly. It really was. Even without dogs, we would have loved this property. The icing on the cake was the huge fenced in back yard. Our dogs loved this and we loved them having a safe place to go outside. House came equipped with absolutely everything you could nee as far as supplies and amenities. I loved that there was no carpet because that’s a plus if you have dogs.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for the foodies in our group that liked to cook. Maybe a few extra dish towels and pot holders but otherwise perfect kitchen. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The house was very clean and comfortable. If I had one minor complaint it would be that we could not adjust the a/c lower than 72 and it was warm at times but the house had ceiling fans in the bedrooms so that helped. We would stay here again and would recommend to other renters.

The home was well located, private, quiet, clean, airy, modern, cool, light-filled and spacious. The home was more beautiful than the on line photos indicated. The kitchen was phenomenal and fully equipped with everything imaginable. The only down side was the dining room table was not especially comfortable for "long sits" -we are card/game players and while it was OK for dinner, long Monopoly games were uncomfortable. The management company was organized and responsive. Truly a wonderful vacation! Thanks to the owners for making such an inviting experience.
