The home features dual master bedrooms and four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Upstairs there is an additional lounge area with dual televisions perfect for kids gaming duels or watching multiple sports games at the same time. The house has Cat6 high speed wired internet to all TVs and they are setup with Hulu Cable. The house also has Sonos Speakers in the common areas. The home is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and 6 minute drive to the markets and restaurants of front beach. Its only 2 blocks away from the new Islander 71 restaurant with views of the marina and Intracoastal waterway!
