Rented this home with a group of 5 to see Sunn O))) at The Caverns. The home really "feels" like a home and is very organized. Things such as the array of spices, coffee accessories, and jam made it easy to grocery shop and not have to buy a bunch of items just to use a tiny bit of them. You can tell that the hosts are not just trying to make a buck and that they actually care to be a host for their guests. Thank you for your hospitable home!

Clean, organized, and awesome home in great area!

We came to the area for work and stayed here for over a week. This house has everything you would need and is very clean and well organized. It sits in a quiet neighborhood out in the country. We would definitely stay here again!

Gem in the foothills

Beautiful home that includes everything you could possibly need for your family. Quiet home in quiet neighborhood. About a 20 minute easy drive to The Caverns. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home and location

Home is well decorated and very clean. The owner has thought of everything. We had a small problem with the locks late at night and the owner replied within a half hour. Great location short and easy drive to the caverns.

Comfortable

Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it again in the future when returning to the area.

Nice home!

The home was just as described on line, and was very clean and comfortable. It worked out well for us, even though it was about 30 minutes from most of our family activities. The grass was a bit long and unkept, but could have been impacted by the rainy weather that had taken place right before our stay. There was a small 4 cup coffee maker along with Keurig cups, but for four people for multiple days, a larger 12 cup simple coffee maker would have been helpful. Overall we would recommend this property and would most likely stay in it again if we needed a place near Manchester and Tullahoma. The property manager communicated well.

Hi! Thanks for staying with us and thanks for the feedback! The grass WAS high due to the rain, and was cut right after you all checked out. We always try to avoid having it done while we have guests so as to not inconvenience or disturb anyone. We recently took your suggestion and purchased a new 12-cup coffeemaker. Most people these days seem to prefer having the convenience and ease of chosing their own K-cups, but we wanted to make sure that everyone staying with us in the future is as satisfied as possible. We're glad you enjoyed your stay at our home and we'd welcome you back anytime you are back in the area!

We love staying here! This was our third year staying here. The house has everything you need and is in the perfect setting. The home is super clean and the owner is a great communicator!
