This Brand New Condo is perfectly nestled between the lake and the Golf Course. Walking/bike trail, year-round fishing, 3-screen cinema, King's Pointe indoor/outdoor year round Waterpark and beach/park are all within walking distance. Unique shopping and dining opportunities nearby. Miniature Golf is located less than a block away. Private heated underground parking and access to boat dock is included. Condo is located in a secure building with access to gym, community room and outdoor BBQ area.

Our home is fully furnished with brand new furniture including washer/dryer and Smart TVs in every room. Unit features first-class finishes, including premium appliances, hard surface flooring, granite countertops and Balcony with gorgeous views of the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table, counter sitting area or better yet, on the Balcony enjoying the Lake View and Beautiful Sunsets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When it's time to leave please put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle (pods are under the kitchen sink).
Reset the thermostat to 70 Degrees and close all the blinds, make sure the patio door is locked. Turn off all TVs.
Collect all dirty towels and used sheets and put them in the washer and start cycle. Take kitchen and bathroom trash out to the big trash bin in the parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely perfect!! Check in was flawless, the condo was spotless and well equipped. It was a perfect weekend. The building is very quiet and safe. Great workout room on the first floor. The location is great, next to the golf course and close the restaurants and stores. There is a nice walking path on the lake.

Beautiful and comfy condo with lake view

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the lake was beautiful even on the rainy days. Greatly enjoyed the location across from the Lake and next to the golf course. My husband had fun golfing. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Big enough to have some family visit for my niece's graduation celebration. Everything that was essential was covered. It is rare to have so many amenities supplied including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, kitchen equipment and utensils, washer and dryer, etc. Check in couldn't be easier.
