Never got to stay there.

I came down from Georgia for a basketball tournament that was being held in winter park, florida. I booked this property in advance to make sure I had someplace to stay with my family. Prior to coming I never received any information about how to enter the property. I called the owner multiple times but I wasn’t able to get in contact with her. I ended up having to call VRBO. The owner eventually called back and stated that it was not suppose to be booked and she did not know it was booked. She said she would explain everything to VRBO and she apologized. It was really a disappointment for myself and my family and it placed us at a great disadvantage because it was late in the evening and we had to go and find somewhere else to stay.
