Luxury Bungalow Heated Pool + Sauna + Game Garage

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. Regarding the lights, you contacted me during your stay and I immediately tried to assist. When I asked for a photo of the remote being used, the photo sent was actually of the dehumidifier remote. I explained that this was not the correct remote and advised where the proper remote was located in the living room, but I did not receive a response afterward. There are also approximately 20–30 freshly cleaned towels available for guests in the basement, all of which were prepared prior to your arrival. The pool was cleaned before check-in. A few leaves had made their way to the bottom, which can naturally occur. We also have a brand-new robotic pool cleaner available that can be placed directly into the pool and run through a cleaning cycle if needed. The sauna is fully operational and can reach approximately 210°F. When I inspected it following checkout, the temperature control was set to its lowest setting. Detailed instructions are provided explaining how to operate the sauna, including that the left control adjusts the temperature. We have also never previously had an issue reported with the main-floor shower or its water pressure. The shower control needs to be turned fully to achieve maximum pressure. Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously and would like to address several of the concerns mentioned in your review. All blankets, bedding sheets, and linens in the home are brand new and were recently purchased prior to your stay. We also provide a variety of additional clean bed sheets and linens stored in the basement for guest convenience, many in which have not been used yet. Additionally, all pans, cookware, and cooking utensils are thoroughly scrubbed, cleaned, and disinfected between every guest stay as part of our standard turnover process. Following your checkout, we did note that multiple doors, garage doors, and windows had been left open, and there was a strong smoke odor throughout portions of the home along with cigarette buds found on the property. Unfortunately, leaving openings unattended in this manner can allow bugs and flies to enter the home. Regarding the game room items, the NBA Jam stool was inspected and confirmed to be in perfect working condition prior to your arrival. We also keep two packs of brand new 3-star ping pong balls available onsite for immediate guest use. We always appreciate guest feedback and continuously work to maintain the property to a high standard for all visitors.

Thank you Jennifer for the stay, we are sorry you had difficulty getting it to work. We did send instructions that activate the sauna. Previous guests used those same instructions and seemed to have got it to turn on. I also stopped by to make sure it functions correct and got it on. Hopefully if you book again I can perhaps come by and show you how to function it.

We do have aa very extensive house manual accessible in the app going over all aspects of the home. Thank you Bianca for your stay but I am a reluctant to believe the accuracy to this review. The home gets fully detailed and cleaned in between every guest. There are photos taken of the home from our turn down service and no evidence of all the deification you are referring to. An outdoor animal is unfortunately part of nature we have to accept and a rat being outside is something that can not be controlled. Upon your check out also your group left several lights on, towels outside of the home and also received a noise complaint from our neighbors.
