Needs improvement

The lady that we communicated with was quick to respond. Was very disappointed that there was no spa for a group of eight people over the age of 50. I was looking forward to the spa, with that being said we dealt with it. I guess the previous people broke it and she ordered it online. There was bugs in the house. There was a big roach in the middle bathroom and ants. Also in the middle bathroom the couch was broken and you can tell it’s been fixed several times they simply just need to breakdown and buy a new couch. The neighborhood isn’t that great there was police activity down the street with several police cars having to arrest people at an apartment complex about 30 minutes from the cruise port and the airport.
