Quiet Comfy 3Bd/2B Home w/Hot Tub, Deck & Fire Pit

Our newly renovated modern ranch style home features high-end finishes throughout. It’s 22 minutes to the airport (CMH), and just minutes off I-70 and near Bexley. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this residential neighborhood. The home is full of premium amenities such as a new hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, and barbeque grill. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with loved ones, and is only a 7 mile drive away from all the action in downtown Columbus.


The space:
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with cooking essentials in order for our guests to make gourmet meals during their stay. There is even a charcoal grill located on our back deck for the grill master in your party! There is a large washing machine and dryer in the unfinished basement, 4 TVs, an electric fireplace in the king bedroom, wifi, a brand new top of the line outdoor 5-person hot tub, and a firepit for roasting marshmallows and staying warm on cold nights.


Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard.

For the convenience of our guests, we use a smart-lock system which allows for easy, no-contact check-in.

The property has a driveway which can accommodate 3 to 4 large vehicles.


Other things to note:
Walmart, Aldi, and Kroger are all within 2-3 miles. There’s also a CVS and Walgreens just 4 minutes away.

Some things to check out in the local area include United Skates of America (roller skating rink), Big Walnut Park (local city park), Urban Air & Adventure Trampoline Park, and Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.

Clean and well maintained inside, lots of little homey extras! On a cul de sac which was really nice! Back deck and yard were a nice little space, relatively private, loved the hot tub and nice having the grill and fire pit available! Only negative was a little run down on the outside and a lot of highway noise in the back yard.

None of the doors would close correctly. Didnt dare use the oven as the bottom of the oven was a mess. Garbage hadn’t been taken out by the previous tenant. The Roku tv was very difficult to navigate. The driveway and sidewalk proved a difficult obstacle for us seniors. Shower was tiny, reminded me of my camper. Freeway is right behind the house.
