Located close to the entrance of the park, all condos share a gallery style front porch. This is a 435 sq.ft. condo. You can totally relax and enjoy nature while enjoying all the modern amenities! Comfortable sitting area, fireplace, furnished kitchen, large picture window, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and one bedroom with one king size bed. This condo is available year-round.

It was a nice location and the staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that it was advertised to have laundry on site, but the laundry facilities are not available during the winter. This means we had to drive 2 miles to town to find laundry facilities.

We enjoyed snowmobiling with Bobcat Pass and steak with lobster at Texas Reds. We can't wait to return in the summer.

Perfect cozy cabin for 2 people

Great place to stay for 2 people, great location. Has everything you need for a trip to the mountains winter or summer. Relax by the fire and watch a little TV or just hang out on the porch and enjoy the view.

Positives - Condo was clean and bed was super comfortable. Cost per night was very affordable. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Red River runs next to the property. Negatives - tons of RV's, kids, dogs (some barking day/night). We plan on returning!

Thank you for staying with us. We are a RV campground first and foremost and do cater to families here in Red River. Maybe one of the river cabins might work better for you next time. Since they're across the river they tend to be a little quieter.

Anniversary Trip

Very clean, nice little apartment was perfect for 2 of us. The full size fridge and range were great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in was very easy, the office staff and office accommodations were very nice. We’ve stayed here multiple times, in our RV, in the cabins, and now in the apartment. We keep coming back because this is a great place to stay in Red River!!

Great stay

Cute, clean, quiet and cozy. We loved this stay. We chose a time of year that is much slower paced and it was amazing! The girl who checked us in was so helpful and kind! Anything we asked, she had the answer and was great! I did attempt to ask about the coffee machine in the cabin but no response, but figured it out once we checked in. I’d stay here over and over.
