Beautiful classic Louisiana fishing cottage with 200 feet of canal frontage and your own private boathouse that includes two boat slips with lifts. The large porch is perfect for watching the boats pass by or just enjoying the coastal breezes. There's a large kitchen upstairs and a second "entertainment" kitchen downstairs that includes a pool table. Included with the house is a pellet grill, boiling pot with double burner, and a propane fryer.

Great for us!

It was a great house on the canal. Our kids enjoyed catch and release crabs and catfish from the dock. We even had a gar on the hook at one point! The house was great with plenty of room. The downstairs is under-represented, and is essentially another apartment. This would be great for families with teenagers.

Better than described

The owner was extremely communicative, offered an early check in as well as a late check out if needed-all the pictures do not do this property justice, it feels much larger than described and all amenities were in working order! The views were great, the porch space was utilized to its fullest and many naps were taken! Fantastic property-

Wonderful place-wonderful host.

The house is beautiful and furnished with anything you might need. There were only 6 of us, but it could easily accommodate 10-12. The owner was accessible and helpful with any questions. We didn't have a boat, but obviously there would be more to enjoy if we had. We would definitely go back again and bring the kids.

What makes this property unique

This house has nice views from both the front and back porches. The large yard provides space for kids to run around and also gives privacy to our guests. There are fishing decks in the back yard for your convenience. We will soon be adding a pool table for your entertainment.
