Welcome to Southern Salt Lodge! Our lodge is designed to host your large group or intimate getaways for a few. Once you step in the front door, the breathtaking views of Big Lake greet you from the great room's 10ft windows. The living room is perfect for watching the big game, movie night, or relaxing by the fire. Our chef's kitchen has all the amenities needed for entertaining and a great vacation. The dining area features seating for 14 plus the island with 6 seats. The 5 bedrooms give our guests many options for any size group. The downstairs is made for fun! Enjoy the screened-in porch with a grill, green egg, bar seating, and dart board. Or relax outside at the picnic tables and around the fit pit. The lodge also has a small dock for fishing and crabbing. With all of the peace and quiet, you'll forget you are still only located 10min from restaurants, casinos, and conveniences.

Communication was poor and delayed check in instructions delayed beyond check in time. Not much of a dock, missing boards, with loose and fragile remaining boards. Somewhat concerning with kids fishing and crabbing off of. House itself is nice and spacious. Only 15 minutes south of 210 loop

We had 12 guys on a golf trip playing multiple courses in the area. This location was ideally located to get around and the place itself was perfect with the outdoor area down stairs. The house was had everything we needed for the weekend!
