Your stay includes beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and insulated cooler! Full access to Pineapple Village pool as well as other Margaritaville resort amenities such as restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and water sports/ surf shack… all without paying resort prices or extra fees. Located on the desirable East End near Red Hook with easy ferry access for island hops to St John and beyond! Unit includes oversized glass/tile shower, new kitchenette, and new king size bed. Was clean & easy check in, BUT alot smaller than anticipated, lots of little ants in kitchen, didn't realize it was actually inside same gated complex with Margaritaville not just "near it" as described which i wasn't wanting in Margaritaville. Some warning of the God awful smell from the sargasm there that Margaritaville doesn't clean up was extremely overwhelming. The pictures on the listing made it seem like you had nice views and really close to the beach. Neither is the case. Zero views of anything but the fences

St. Thomas Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and comfortable. Next to Margateville made it easy to get taxis. The grounds are beautiful. We highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

The property was just as described and provided a great place for our visit. The location was just right and was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. Our Hosts communicated frequently and helped make the stay easy. Highly recommend this property and will look to visit again if our travels ever bring us back to St. Thomas.

Quiet Tropical Hideaway

The well-cared for villa was tucked away but yet close to a bar and restaurant on the beach. Parking was good and the villa had every thing we needed for our week stay! We will be back!

Better than expected!

Cute, clean, utterly quiet and peaceful. Setting was gorgeous, grounds and pool well kept. Hosts were prompt and very helpful, nearby but never intrusive. Located on the north shore of the island where the better beaches are, but the busier city (Charlotte Amalie) is only a short drive or cheap taxi away. Would definately stay there if we came back.

The room was clean and the host had even left us a bottle of champagne as the trip was an anniversary celebration. The only thing missing was a Carribean view, and it was only a short distance away.

Couples retreat

My husband and I took a few days away on a trip to St. Thomas to be together and to recharge- we had the perfect spot! We were beyond comfortable. There were several beaches within walking distance and we were always able to get a taxi. The Pineapple Paradise was extremely clean and well-appointed. Our hosts were easily available and provided lots of helpful advice. We could not have asked for a better couples vacation!

Nice clean and neat room near the beach and resort

Nice clean updated room with small courtyard. This was a very economical option to be near a pool and beaches in a quiet area on the island. It sits right next to the Margaritaville Resort and the Pleasant Point resort. If you are looking for a room with a view, this isn’t it but the location makes up for it. The people staying in the nearby resorts are paying more than double and you get to use the same facilities, restaurants and store. Recommended

Just what we needed.

We rented a jeep for our stay on St John and St Thomas. On St Thomas, this VRBO location worked well for us… just behind the MargaritaVille resort, with access to the resort coffee shop, beach and restaurant. The beach at MargaritaVille has quite a bit of seaweed, but we explored plenty of other locations. We we’re not fans of the commercial restaurant at the resort, but we enjoyed the coffee shop. We ventured out to Magens beach several times. Beautiful beach. $12.00 fee. We used the microwave in the room to make breakfast, would have loved a small cooktop… but we made due. Plenty of towels, good supply of snack’s and water for us upon arrivals. Coffee pot is a one cup K-cup…. The owners supplied several coffee pods for our use… but we had a hard time finding more k-cup pods in grocery stores on the island. We checked two places. Maybe we just checked the wrong markets. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We loved having noodles, a cooler and beach chairs supplied during our stay. Perfect for exploring beaches. The bed was comfortable! Outside patio area was spacious. We would recommend this VRBO if you are looking for comfortable, affordable, clean and safe place to call your home base while exploring the island. Thank you!

Great place and great hosts

My mom and I had been planning a vacation for a long time and we both had never been to the Virgin Islands. The location was unbeatable, it was very close to tons of restaurants, shops, and beaches. It was a minute walk from the margaritaville restaurant and beach and after being awake for over 35 hours we were so hot and exhausted we jumped right into the ocean! We had so many excursions planned and they were all extremely close to the house, but I will say I don’t think we would have had nearly as much fun without our rental car (we did see plenty of taxis tho) There was a pool about 10 steps away that was always unused and it was AMAZING! Our favorite place by far was Lindquist beach, it was literal paradise! Coral world was in walking distance and it was SO much fun there. Also I’d highly recommend Moe’s store for groceries. I would say this home isn’t for someone who’s not able bodied/ relatively healthy and fit. My mom has moderate mobility issues (nothing crazy but walking long distances/uphill can be hard) and we both did fine and got lots of good exercise all week! The room description was 100% accurate. We did wish there was a few more chairs to sit, a clothesline to hang wet towels, and a griddle or hotplate would be cool! But we did more than fine without. We spent a TON of $ eating out and on groceries. But overall SO amazing, easy 10/10. Very grateful for our hosts, we didn’t even need to contact them because everything was perfect!

Not a good communicator

The room is clean & beds are comfortable, pillows are not. I asked about transport to St John prior to arriving & did not receive a response. We rented a car & asked locals who recommend people ferry & not to take our car to St John. Plenty of taxis are available in St. John. When we arrived, we struggled to turn ac on. Rick responded by text & we figured out. I asked about groc store & he referenced the book. The notebook is helpful. I told him all the bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner are half empty. NO RESPONSE. We ran out of body wash. The photos are accurate & it’s nice to have access to Margaritaville, which has a great brunch on Sunday for 45. Pools are great there too. Don’t be deceived by main cover photo. This is a small, clean condo but there is no water view unless you walk 2 blocks to margaritaville & the beach area is tiny. The patio is a small porch with full fence around (good privacy) but no view. I give 2 stars for communication bc we ran out of supplies & never received a response from Rick. Also, this is a small thing, the photo shows popcorn. We didn’t have any. Ty for the coffee pods.and refrigerator & microwave are great.

Karen and I grew up in Washington state and have had fun over the years completing numerous remodel projects while living on Lake Tapps. We decided to find a way to combine our love of the water with our DIY nature, so we retired from our corporate jobs and made the move to beautiful St Thomas, USVI.

Why they chose this property

We have previously vacationed in the USVI and fell in love with the tropical paradise! We were fortunate to find a condo project that met our needs… right location, right state of disrepair, and right price… so we purchased this unit in Pineapple Village. We’re grateful to live in the islands full time now and excited for travelers to visit and discover the beauty of the islands as we did.
