Located on the desirable East End near Red Hook with easy ferry access for island hops to St John and beyond! Unit includes oversized glass/tile shower, new kitchenette, and new king size bed. WOW! This unit was wonderful. Description of property and small details provided by the host were terrific. The beach chairs and soft pack cooler was a great bonus since we rented a vehicle. Peaceful, clean, and responses from the host from booking to checkout were wonderful. Having a backup generator and filtered water were a HUGE perk, in addition to good water pressure and hot for showering. Would definitely rent from this host again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was just as described and provided a great place for our visit. The location was just right and was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. This time of year there are days when the beach in front of Margaritaville gets seaweed. However, Coki Beach is a 5 minute walk from our unit and is always clear and beautiful. Did you go there? Feels unfair to get a poor review for something out of our control.

Quiet Tropical Hideaway

The well-cared for villa was tucked away but yet close to a bar and restaurant on the beach. Parking was good and the villa had every thing we needed for our week stay! We will be back!

Karen and I grew up in Washington state and have had fun over the years completing numerous remodel projects while living on Lake Tapps. We decided to find a way to combine our love of the water with our DIY nature, so we retired from our corporate jobs and made the move to beautiful St Thomas, USVI.

Why they chose this property

We have previously vacationed in the USVI and fell in love with the tropical paradise! We were fortunate to find a condo project that met our needs… right location, right state of disrepair, and right price… so we purchased this unit in Pineapple Village. We’re grateful to live in the islands full time now and excited for travelers to visit and discover the beauty of the islands as we did.
