Villa Allegria

Vacation rental Cape Coral is horrible property management company. All they cared about was reading power meter making sure the grill was clean, just looking for extra charges they could tack on. They had no interest in our issues at check in. We were lacking supplies for kitchen and bathroom and the PM response was the house wasn’t staged, there was no solution offered. The living room TV was limited no cable, apps and Roku did not work except Netflix. The PM response was the tv was the discretion of the owner. The tv in master bedroom worked better not exactly where I wanted to spend my time. Then as we went to go outside to say goodbye to our visiting family we walked back to the house and the front door was locked. There was no disclosure in writing that it would locked after approximately 4 minutes. Somebody had to program the lock. But the property manager knew nothing about it. Overall the house was very nice but the management company gave us no assistance.
