Family Friendly Rockledge/Cocoa house

Had a great stay with our young family of 5 while visiting Rockledge and broader Orlando area. Neighborhood is quiet, house is spacious and everything was nice and updated. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area to enjoy the Florida sun!

Beautiful and awesome

the house was very nice and spacious. We loved the private pool and HIGHLY recommend having the pool heated the host did mention they will be doing renovations soon and the pool is on the list. We loved each bedroom. The space was clean and tidy. Have a washer and dryer was the best. The neighborhood was nice to take a walk, the neighbors were so friendly!!! The ONLY complaint I have is our vacation wasn’t long enough!!! The host kept in communication at all times !! Hands down the best!

A relaxing stay

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Lovely pool setup. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We were there for July 4th and walking to the river to see fireworks and to fish was fun.

Relaxing Place

I truly loved the house; it was perfect for us and our kids. We took a vacation to relax, we enjoyed the pool and had some beach time. A beautiful bay just walking distance, beaches are close by. Publix is about 5 minutes, which is a plus. The house is well equipped, if cooking is your thing all you need is the ingredients. Very well thought out! If you like pictures, the pool area is very nice to take pictures, I got some nice ones of my children. The layout is super convenient as well, being from out of town I was worried about walking my dog, but no worries the house has a side patio where you can walk your pooch. The owner was super friendly, and provided lots of suggestions which were spot on. We had no issues, other than wanting to stay longer.

Excellent family weekend stay

We met our son and his family at the Rockledge house for the weekend. Lots of room for us and the kids. Great decor with an open floor plan with everything you need. The kids loved the pool. Very close to Coco Village and only 15 minutes from Coco Beach. Gabriel was fantastic to work with and he made sure we were well taken care of.
