Great Pad for the Weekend

My group of 4 couples stayed here for the weekend. It was great all having our own bathrooms and the main level was great for hanging out. Location is only a 10 min drive into downtown and ubers were always fast to pick us up. Would reccommend staying here!

Functional space for a group of friends

We were there for a one night outing in Denver. It was great to have multiple bedrooms each with their own bathroom- a major plus. The area for a group gathering is small and not overly functional but we were there so little that it was ok. Great neighborhood and location to everything in Denver.

Family gathering for a wedding

Perfect set up for family and friends. Each floor provides privacy space for everyone Well stocked for in house needs and convenient to walk everywhere. I only suggest safer parking available other than the street.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice place for a few friends to hang out while checking out Red Rocks and other things the city has to offer. Very close to Mile High Stadium and Meow Wolf. Nice neighborhood and clean place.

Overnight Stay

We had three couples stay for a concert at Mile High. Each couple had a floor to themselves with bedroom and bathroom. The rooftop balcony was a perfect end to the night.

Great location for fun restaurants and our activities. 4 women in 4 rooms with our own bathrooms, heaven. Could have used washcloths in each of the bathrooms, but we made do.

Great House!

Thank you for a great stay! The location is great - great restaurants and shopping the next street over. Easy 30 minute walk to Ball Arena and downtown. The house had everything we needed - very convenient to have bedrooms on each floor. Will definitely stay again!

Good stay

Place was in overall good shape and clean. Amenities and rooms were nice. Location was close to the stadium. Slept 5 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Only negative really was it was kind of hard to find the front door as instructions weren’t very clear, and parking was scarce. Overall happy with our stay!

Great Location

What a great place to stay. We went to the Army/Airforce football game and we walked there in 5 min. The place was clean and had the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We even walked to the downtown in 45 min. It was a beautiful walk.

A couple of suggestions

The house was just amazing I would just add washer and dryer needed in the house and ashtray for smoking area outside. A few more towels also, we happen to have brought a couple of bath towels and left them for future guest. The place was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable all around. We will definitely stay here again highly recommended.

Terrific location, good value property

Positive stay. As advertised. Many positives: location, ease of check-in, top floor balcony, new TVs. Positive experience for us. Just note that there is no laundry machine and no outdoor furniture on first floor. Dining table is in a narrow space that is hard to seat 6. This is a vertical townhouse with three floors.

New Years Eve stay

The property and location was amazing. It was a 30 min easy walk to Ball arena. It was a little crazy due to the Broncos game. We did get ticketed for parking though we were advised it was open parking and when you first walk in it says open parking other than the third thursday of the month. So a little frustrated 3 of us now have 75 dollar parking tickets.

Denver stay

The house is bigger and roomier than we thought! Very comfortable for 6 people. If you stay here which I highly recommend bring extra towels. They do provide them but I'm a person who likes extra. The location is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks and a cute little coffee shop and about a 20 minute walk to Coors field. Our overall stay was great, I wish check out time was around 1. Thank you, for sharing your home with my family!
