About this property

Summary:
Welcome to our NEWLY RENOVATED beach cottage! This cozy room has all the essentials for a great getaway. Newer furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen make you feel at home. To top off this studio home, you get the added benefits of a great location. From the front balcony you can enjoy a close up view of the dolphins and manatees parading up and down the intercoastal waterway. We also enjoy the largest pool on the beach. And its just a short walk to the beach.

The Space:
This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Shores is the hidden secret of the Pinellas Beaches. We are close enough to the action for a short drive or Uber, but far enough away to get the peace and relaxation you are looking for. Here is a list of Attractions and travel times:

This location is great if you want to do little or no driving. Several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. Less than 2 miles. Public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful.

Our Stay

we enjoyed our stay here and liked the area, for some reason we never received the check-in email which made it a little challenging at the beginning but once we got past that it went on without any other difficulty. Also for some reason I could not respond to messages on the VRBO app on my phone so it made it difficult to communicate. Again our stay was good and hope to come back to the area at some point
