Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your group enjoyed the property and amenities. It means a lot to know we could help make your stay memorable, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Booked this on short notice and had zero issues throughout our stay. The property manager was also very considerate and allowed us to check in early after driving all the way from Georgia overnight. Highly recommend!
This house is fantastically remodeled. So close to open hiking space and to the Broadmoor. The thoughtful touches were everywhere. Highly recommend this property!
Recently renovated home with a surprisingly spacious open floor plan. We loved the layout especially the movie room and office below. It worked well for our needs and dog friendly.
We had a conference at the Broadmoor and our team stayed here rather than pay for 4 rooms at the hotel. The house exceeded our expectations, looks small from the outside but once inside it has a great layout. It was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have stayed at. Very close to Broadmoor and very walkable.
We were close to the historical Broadmoore which came in handy for our conference as it was a walkable distance. It was a beautiful VRBO with nice amenities. The only issue was our experience with the hot tub. The neighbor came to talk to us several times as he was unhappy about the hot tub being nearby his property. It could be at 9PM on the dot and he was there “warning” us that if we got loud he would call the cops. I heard from the cleaning people that the last group that stayed had the cops called on them so he was unhappy with the hot tub and everyone in it before our group was there. Then there was a sign to put shock in the hot tub, but don’t worry cuz apparently that’s not our job. What did happen was the owner decided to put in a claim with our rental insurance on the place for “property damage” for a hot tub drain and refill and water replacement. Next time we probably won’t be using a hot tub because it’s not worth the hassle.

Hey Audrey,
This is Lindsey the owner. I have a management company so I do not normally check these, which is why there is such a delay to me seeing this.
You are correct, I have a neighbor who is simply the most unfriendly person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and I am sorry you had to interact with him. I have now built a full privacy fence on the deck to try to appease him, and based on the excellent reviews here and on Airbnb, it seems to be hit or miss as to who he talks to about being loud. Regardless, again, I am sorry you had to interact with him.
As for the non-chlorine shock, it is the guests responsibility to put it in after each use. As you mentioned, there is a sign to this effect, but ultimately if guests do not rinse off well prior to entering the tub (which I believe is also stated) the body oils cause a significant build up in the tub which requires it to be fully drained and scrubbed to ensure it is optimal for future guests.
Hot tubs are tough with STR's as they are not really meant for the amount of use they get, and we try to use as gentle of chemicals as possible out of consideration for our guests. This does require some help on their/your part in showering and throwing in some shock.
I appreciate the overall 4 star review despite these issues you had and I do wish your entire party the best and hope to see you again!
